1. Who processes your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer - please contact the controller directly in all data protection matters.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Handling enquiries and business correspondence - Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Performance of sales and delivery contracts - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Compliance with tax and accounting obligations - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

3. Provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer an enquiry or conclude a contract. Without it we cannot fulfil these purposes.

4. Your rights

The right of access to your data and to receive a copy of it.

The right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.

The right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Profiling and transfers

Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EEA without the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
